These are ongoing monthly plans—not a one-month trial. Your first payment covers the remaining calendar days in your enrollment month, including your enrollment date, using Denver time. We multiply your monthly fee by those remaining days, divide by the actual number of days in that month, and round the final amount once to the nearest cent. Join on the first and pay the full monthly fee; join on the last day and pay one day’s fraction. Your full monthly fee renews on the next first of the month. Your exact initial charge, covered dates, next renewal date and full recurring price will be shown before payment. Online checkout remains closed while the payment flow is tested.
Successful payment reserves your coaching place. Until payment is confirmed, your place is not held. Light arranges your day and time with you directly; checkout does not book or confirm a specific appointment.
This is an ongoing monthly subscription, not a trial. Your subscription renews automatically on the first of each month. Cancel through your billing portal or by contacting Light before the first, using Denver time, to stop the next renewal. Your coaching continues through the period already paid for. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or to correct a billing error.
When cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid service period, all unused coaching, make-up and courtesy-intensive credits expire. Your cancellation confirmation will show that date.
Private coaching: please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. With less notice, the session is forfeited, with emergencies excepted at Light’s discretion. Eligible make-up sessions expire after four weeks; double-up or weekend appointments are by agreement, with no indefinite banking.
Group coaching: Missed group sessions are forfeited. They do not roll over, and there are no make-up sessions.
Courtesy coaching intensives and discounts are discretionary benefits that Light Stone may grant, change, or withdraw. They do not change services already purchased or any rights required by law.
Courtesy credits are discretionary, have no cash value, and may be added, adjusted, or withdrawn by Light Stone. This does not change services already purchased or any rights required by law.
Missing a session does not automatically create a replacement credit. The discretionary courtesy intensives are described above. Additional journeys, intensives, travel, products and separately ordered printed materials remain separate. Coaching enrollment does not grant Apothecary Store access or activate the planned client-tracking portal.
Recording and AI-data choices are discussed separately from payment consent. No new subscription, charge or appointment is created by this page.
These courtesy arrangements describe the updated coaching offers. Your existing agreement is not changed automatically. Journey arrangements are made directly with Light; participation is always optional.
