Purpose & transitions.
When work, family roles, or priorities change, what do you want to keep? What are you ready to do differently? We make room to consider the next chapter without deciding in advance what it should look like.
Seniors Coaching / Work directly with Light
There may be things you want to change. There may be things you love and want to make more room for. Coaching starts there—with the life you have, the experience you bring, and what matters to you now.
I work one-on-one with older adults on personal direction, relationships, and the practices that give a week its shape. We choose the goals and the pace together.
Fitness coaching, supplement coaching, and peptide coaching are also available, with practical support and education shaped around your questions.

Experience belongs in the conversation
You don’t have to start over or turn yourself into someone else. You might want a thoughtful place to work through a transition, prepare for a difficult conversation, or bring a neglected interest back into your days. You might simply want more enjoyment and intention in how you spend your time.
I bring questions, attention, and a willingness to challenge a pattern when it gets in the way. You bring your experience and your judgment. We work together on choices you can actually use.
When work, family roles, or priorities change, what do you want to keep? What are you ready to do differently? We make room to consider the next chapter without deciding in advance what it should look like.
Prepare for a conversation with someone you love. Say what you need, make room to listen, and consider where a boundary or a repair would help. Your voice belongs in the relationship.
Give an interest, a social connection, or a chosen practice a real place in your week. We look at what makes it easier to begin and what keeps getting in the way. Rest and enjoyment belong here too.
Your body belongs in the conversation
Build a movement or training routine around your goals, current abilities, and any restrictions from your clinician. We work on consistency, workable habits, and making room for recovery—then return to what is and isn’t fitting your life.
Make sense of labels, ingredients, and the claims behind a product. We explore the evidence and develop questions and supplement suggestions to discuss with your clinician or pharmacist before changing what you take, including how an option fits with your medications and health needs.
Understand what is being claimed, what the research actually supports, and where risks or uncertainty remain. We organize your questions and prepare for an informed conversation with a licensed clinician. Education comes first; interest in a peptide is not a decision to use it.
From conversation into life
Tell me what matters and what feels unresolved. We choose something concrete to work on, at a pace that respects your time, energy, and circumstances.
That might mean rehearsing a request, making a decision clearer, or choosing one workable change to your week. You decide what to try.
We look at what helped, what didn’t, and what you learned. Keep what serves you, adjust what needs adjusting, and choose the next move.
Your choices stay yours
You work directly with me. We discuss fit, session arrangements, and the fee before you commit. You don’t need to adopt my spiritual beliefs or take part in trauma work or psychedelic experiences to work with me.
This is coaching and education, not medical care, rehabilitation, or a caregiving service. Prescription and treatment decisions belong to licensed clinicians.
You’re welcome to ask about the work. The person receiving coaching has their own voice and chooses whether to participate. Any involvement from family is discussed with them, not assumed.
