Agree on the shoot.
We settle the scope, scheduling, permissions, and intended deliverables before recording. On site, I conduct the interview and guide the conversation.

We organize the recording and edit the pieces around what was actually said. Short cuts and longer edits serve different purposes; we choose what fits yours.
Review, then deliver.
You review the work before final delivery. We agree on the review process and output formats as part of the scope, so you know what you’ll receive and where it can be used.

I use AI to help organize recordings, identify useful moments, support editing, and adapt material into different formats. I remain responsible for the editorial choices: what stays, what gets cut, and whether the finished piece represents the person fairly.
AI is not a substitute for someone’s experience. We don’t invent customer testimonials or put claims in someone’s mouth. Permission, accuracy, and the context of an answer matter.
This is media production, not advertising management. You control your channels and any paid promotion; you or your team handle ad accounts and boosting. We shape the media around the formats and uses we agree on.
