Group coaching / Shared practice

The work.
In good company.

Some things become easier to see when you are not the only person in the room. Bring your question. Learn from what others are working on. Take something useful into your own week.

Weekly, 55 minutes on Zoom · month to month

Similar tracks. A different experience.

Your goal stays yours.
The attention is shared.

Group coaching can include executive and personal work, trauma healing, health and fitness, muscle building, and weight loss. The specific focus and mix depend on the group. We choose the right setting for what you want to work on.

A question about training consistency may reveal something useful about expectations. A conversation about a boundary may help someone else find the words they have been missing. You can learn without every moment being about you.

Body & energy.

Movement, training, food structure, recovery, and the routines that give your physical goals somewhere to live.

Inner work.

Awareness of your responses, the patterns you want to understand, and the pace at which deeper work feels useful.

Life & relationships.

Communication, boundaries, decisions, habits, and the real situations you want to meet differently.

The proposed session rhythm

Arrive. Explore.
Practice. Return.

Bring what is real.

A question, an attempt, something that worked, or something that didn’t. Messy weeks are information, not ammunition.

Work and learn together.

Direct coaching, shared discussion, and practical reflection. You may participate through your own question or by learning from someone else’s work.

Choose your next move.

A practice, a conversation, an adjustment to the week. We make the takeaway usable rather than leaving it as an interesting idea.

Come back with the attempt.

Notice what happened when you tried. Keep what helps and examine what gets in the way. Consistency does not require identical weeks.

The terms of a good room

Honesty.
Without exposure as a price.

You choose what you share. Vulnerability is not a performance requirement, and the group is not a place to diagnose each other or give unsolicited medical advice.

Before joining, we discuss participation agreements, privacy expectations, and the current format. A group requires care from everyone; it cannot offer the same privacy or individual attention as one-on-one work.

There should be room for warmth, directness, useful disagreement, and joy. We can take the work seriously without turning the room into another place to prove your worth.

AI-enhanced continuity / Planned group support

Carry your learning.
Not everyone else’s story.

The next layer of group support is a useful recap of shared practices, with your own goals and check-ins kept separate. You should be able to return to what you chose without receiving another person’s private disclosures.

Recording and AI use require a clear group agreement; individual coaching notes are not shared group material. This support is being designed and is not a connected feature on this website.

The standard format

Shared work.
A clear beginning.

Weekly, 55 minutes.
Group calls on Zoom.
Month to month.
Renews automatically each month until canceled. No multi-month minimum.
Cancel before renewal.
Cancel before your next renewal. Your paid coaching period continues; there is no cancellation fee.

Ask about the current group for your focus and how participation works. Successful payment reserves your coaching place; without payment, your place is not held. Light arranges the day and time with you directly. Checkout does not confirm a specific appointment.

Missed group sessions are forfeited. They do not roll over, and there are no make-up sessions.

When cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid service period, all unused coaching, make-up and courtesy-intensive credits expire. Your cancellation confirmation will show that date.

If your work needs sustained individual attention, privacy, or a pace that the shared setting cannot provide, one-on-one may be the better fit.

Compare private coaching

Courtesy intensive / Annual

A yearly journey.
Room for deeper work.

After six months in the group program, Light may grant one four-hour courtesy coaching intensive per year, at no additional session fee. This psychedelic session is offered at Light’s discretion, not as a guaranteed subscription entitlement.

Members may receive a 20% courtesy discount on eligible Apothecary items, at Light Stone's discretion. Exclusions apply; not all items qualify.

Courtesy coaching intensives and discounts are discretionary benefits that Light Stone may grant, change, or withdraw. They do not change services already purchased or any rights required by law.

Discuss the session and practical arrangements with Light directly. The experience is optional; you do not need to choose psychedelic work to benefit from the group.

These courtesy arrangements describe the updated coaching offers. Your existing agreement is not changed automatically. Journey arrangements are made directly with Light; participation is always optional.

Choose what fits

A group is a format.
Not a shortcut around fit.

Are there separate groups for every track?

The current group structure and schedule are confirmed directly with Light. The tracks describe possible areas of work, not a promise that a separate cohort is currently open for each one.

Will I receive individual coaching every week?

Attention is shared. Ask about the actual participation format before joining; equal individual airtime in every call is not promised.

When may a courtesy intensive be available?

After six months in the group program, Light may grant one four-hour courtesy coaching intensive per year, at no additional session fee. This psychedelic session is offered at Light’s discretion, not as a guaranteed subscription entitlement. Light arranges the session with you directly.

Are recordings or a private community included?

Recording, community access, and between-call support are confirmed in the actual group agreement. Ask what is included in the group you are considering.
